Evidence and Runs tab, showing sources, cadence and expected documents ## Adding documents Two ways to get documents into an assessment: * **Upload documents** — add files directly. * **Connect a location** — link a SharePoint folder so the platform syncs from it, rather than you uploading by hand. Once a location is connected, the assessment picks up new and changed files from it on the next sync. The **Sources** panel shows how many locations are connected and how many documents are in scope. If nothing is connected yet, the panel says so plainly. ## Cadence The **Cadence** panel on the same tab tells you: * **Re-assessment** — whether the assessment runs on a schedule or only when someone starts one * **Last synced** — when documents were last pulled from a connected location * **Changed after the run** — whether any source document has changed since the last run, meaning the assessment's reading is behind the evidence * **Scope** — how many of the connected documents are actually included ## Expected documents The assessment set a workspace is assessed against can declare a list of documents it expects to see (for example, "Full Business Case", "Benefits Realisation Plan"), each marked **Mandatory** or not, with a **Category**.
