Progress tab showing completeness and quality measures against target, and a ranked list of why it is off track ## Completeness and quality Two measures, each tracked against a target percentage set by the organisation's [scoring configuration](/sops/11-configuration): * **Completeness** — how much of the assessment has been read and decided. * **Quality** — how much of what's been reviewed meets the standard, not just been looked at. Both are shown against their target, with the current figure and a straight read on whether the recent rate gets there in time. ## Why it's off (or on) track Below the charts, a ranked list explains the position in plain terms — ordered by effect on the date, each one linking straight to where you'd fix it: * Completeness or quality behind target, and by how much * Blockers still open, and which criteria they're against * Actions overdue, or blocked * Actions due after the submission date * Material findings still awaiting judgement ## What's next * **[Record and Approval record](/sops/09-record)** — sign off once the position is where it needs to be
