Completeness and quality
Two measures, each tracked against a target percentage set by the organisation’s scoring configuration:- Completeness — how much of the assessment has been read and decided.
- Quality — how much of what’s been reviewed meets the standard, not just been looked at.
Why it’s off (or on) track
Below the charts, a ranked list explains the position in plain terms — ordered by effect on the date, each one linking straight to where you’d fix it:- Completeness or quality behind target, and by how much
- Blockers still open, and which criteria they’re against
- Actions overdue, or blocked
- Actions due after the submission date
- Material findings still awaiting judgement
